This symbol is called NYANSAPO which mean "wisdom know". This symbol tells that a wise person the capacity to get the best way of reaching their goal. This is also another derieved symbol of West Africa.

 This is one of the many Adinkra symbols of West Africa. The name of this symbol is NEA OPE SE OBEDI HENE and this means he who wants to be king. This is a symbol of service and leadership, and it come from another expression which means he who wants to be king must first learn to serve. That is true with most of the things in life today and forever.
